The Old Ball Field

This project is planned to have mostly Model B (2 bedroom) units but there will also be some Model C (1 bedroom accessible) units.

Maltais Holdings Ltd is the project owner and developer while Maltais Homes Inc is supplying all the housing units and installation.

A total of 30-40 units is planned to be built in phases. All units will be intended for long term rental. First move in ready units are expected Spring/Summer 2025.
