Maltais Homes Inc can be a great partner for any enterprising person or company who wants to invest in real estate.
Scenario 1 - You own land and need us to create housing that you will own and operate. We can do as little as supply the units and deliver on site or as much as managing the whole project from start to finish.
Scenario 2 - You have money to invest in real estate but no desire to provide land or be responsible to manage the rentals or sales thereafter. Occasionally we will open some projects for investors to buy into.
Scenario 3 - You want to buy and own a unit within a development. Some of our projects will have units for sale. Similar to buying a condo in a high rise, you can buy a detached unit within a development. The advantage? Condos can’t ever be moved, our units can be lifted and moved away if you decide to leave the development or need the unit elsewhere. This provides security and flexibility to the owner.
Project Management
We can be part of the realization of your development using our building units as the base. We can provide complete hands off project management or be responsible for some parts as part of a larger management team.
Invest capital
Here is your chance to invest in real property assets instead of on intangibles like the stock market. Multiple investment options are available. Each is discussed individually with serious investors. Minimum starting investment begins at 50 000$ with a multi year commitment.
Building units only
Choose one of our building models. Order with a deposit and we will provide approved plans for the foundation as well as deliver the unit on your site. Destinations need to be pre-approved. Some customization of the models is possible. Units can be delivered at different levels of completion based on your needs.
